Safe Relationship
안전한 관계
Gamin grew up oppressed in a patriarchal household. Defying her father’s opposition, she marries an employee from one of their business partners. However, only two months after the wedding, her husband dies in a car accident. And he does not die alone, but alongside his “legal wife.” Overnight, Gamin discovers that she was the victim of a fraudulent marriage and is branded as the other woman. To forget her wounds, she becomes an accountant and decides to start over in a provincial town. But there, she frequently witnesses cases of “workplace infidelity,” and little by little, she becomes drawn into that world. She soon falls into a dangerous, fiery relationship with Jungeon, her superior, who has also experienced a failed marriage. A relationship without attachment or responsibility, where they keep a certain distance and enjoy only the physical side of their connection. Perhaps this relationship, one they cannot tell anyone about, is actually the “safest relationship” of all.
