The Man Downstairs

One day, with her wedding just around the corner, Ji-yu catches her cheating boyfriend and calls off the engagement. As she vents her heartbreak—going as far as smashing up the furnishings for their newlywed home—she meets the man from the apartment downstairs, who comes up to complain about the noise. And in a drunken moment, she makes an impulsive suggestion… “Will you hold me?” “If we go any further here, I won’t stop.” The man downstairs’s long fingers slip into her hair, and their lips meet. “From now on, remember everything—don’t leave a single thing out. If you tell me you don’t remember because you were drunk, I’ll be mad.” She thinks it was nothing more than a brief, reckless impulse. So why is this man here? “I’m Cha Jae-wook. Let’s get along.” At the company she transfers to in order to avoid her ex, she runs into the man downstairs again—looking irresistible in a sharp suit. And Cha Jae-wook isn’t just an employee… he’s the CEO. Before she knows it, he starts flirting with Ji-yu, sweetly and shamelessly… “Assistant Manager Yoo Ji-yu. Let’s date at the office.”
